Developmental dimensions of the space economy: the experience of the United Arab Emirates as a model

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the experience of the United Arab Emirates in developing the developmental dimensions of the space economy. This study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, by analyzing the reality of the developmental dimensions of the space economy of the United Arab Emirates, using the study tool represented by the documents and evidence examination card, which It included global competitiveness reports, reports of international organizations, UAE Vision 2021, UAE Centennial 2071, and UAE Space Strategy 2030. The results showed the diversity of the developmental dimensions of the UAE space economy, and the significant contribution of the UAE to the value of total spending for the space sector. To enhance these dimensions, which were translated through a number of national initiatives; To face the challenges that prevent this. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including the necessity of developing promising economic sectors with high added value, such as: security and military activities, financing and insurance activities, communications, scientific research and innovation, and attracting foreign investments.
