Abstract

       This study aims to identify the factors influencing the behavioral intention to use organizational culture in the development of the organization, and since many organizations compete with each other through different techniques, the competition will be fierce, so organizational culture is necessary for most organizations to overcome the challenges they face.  This depends on choosing the best strategy for its development and continuity by looking forward. The study confirmed that there is a strong link between organizational culture and the future of modern organizations, so the research tried to answer a question based on the research it conducted in the organizational culture and methods of the company. The study tries to identify the following topics:  The first is the research method that deals with the research problem, its importance, objectives, model, analysis methods, limitations, and the study community.  The second topic was theoretical insight that covered organizational culture, future expectations, modern organizations and all associated ideas, goals and attributes.  The third topic is the practical framework for analyzing the results of the survey using the spss statistical analysis program, and the conclusions and recommendations
