The study aimed to examine the impact of leadership performance, across its key dimensions, on job creativity and intrinsic motivation among employees in oil companies. A descriptive–analytical approach was adopted, using primary data collected through a questionnaire based on relevant literature. The data were analyzed using SPSS (version 20), applying multiple regression and t-tests at a 0.05 significance level. The findings revealed a significant positive effect of leadership performance on creative motivation, with change management, problem-solving, and effective decision-making showing the strongest influence, while individual motivation had the weakest effect.
