تقلبات أسعار النفط العالمية وأثرها على اقتصاديات الدول الريعية (العراق أنموذجا)

الملخص
هدف هذا البحث هو تحليل تقلبات أسعار النفط وتأثيرها على النمو في مؤشرات الاقتصاد العراقي, متمثلة بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي وإيرادات الموازنة العامة، لأهمية هذه المؤشرات في اقتصاد الدولة، وتم التركيز على المدة (2004-2023) ، إذ تم استخدام بيانات موضوعية صادرة عن جهات رسمية كالبنك المركزي العراقي ومنظمات دولية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي: بجمع وتحليل البيانات المتعلقة بأسعار النفط ومتغيرات الاقتصاد العراقي؛ بغية تحليل العلاقة بين أسعار النفط والمتغيرات المبحوثة، وخلص البحث لاستنتاجات منها أن الإيرادات النفطية العراقية قد ساهمت بنسبة عالية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وإيرادات الموازنة, وتتأثر الإيرادات النفطية بتقلبات سعر النفط عالمياً هذا الأمر قد يؤدي لأثر سلبي على الاقتصاد العراقي، وأوصى البحث بأن تتم دراسة نموذج تنموي تتوافق مع الإمكانيات الاقتصادية بعناصرها المختلفة المادية والبشرية، من أجل الوصول إلى نموذج فعال في الأجل المتوسط يدفع باتجاه التخلص من الريعية، ويؤدي لتقوية القطاعات الاقتصادية الأخرى لتسهم بشكل جيد في دفع عجلة الاقتصاد العراقي.
