دراسة تحليلية لواقع الصناعات التحويلية العراقية في ظل الانفتاح التجاري للمدة (2005- 2020)

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى بيان تأثير الانتاج التجاري في واقع المؤشرات الرئيسة للصناعات التحويلية العراقية (القيمة المضافة، الصادرات، الواردات) للمدة (2005-2020)، عبر توظيف مؤشرات الانفتاح التجاري المتداولة في الأدبيات الاقتصادية. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على التحليل الوصفي باستخدام بيانات البنك المركزي العراقي وصندوق النقد العربي. وتمثلت أهم نتائج التحليل في حيادية دور الصناعات التحويلية في تحفيز التنويع والنمو الاقتصاديين، وفاعلية انتهاج سياسة الحرية التجارية بشكل كامل في تحديد دور الصناعات غير النفطية المساهمة في النشاط الاقتصادي، وانخفاض جودة مؤشرات الانفتاح التجاري للصناعات التحويلية سواء في تغطية الواردات , أم في التبعية التجارية , أم الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشاركة في التجارة الخارجية. وتوصلت الدراسة الى توصيات عدة , منها ضرورة التأكيد على اختيار السياسة التجارية الملائمة للنهوض بواقع الصناعات التحويلية العراقية ، والاستفادة من مزايا الصناعات التحويلية والانفتاح التجاري معاً في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المنشودة .
