العوامل المؤثرة على قرارات الاستثمار لدى المغتربين السودانيين في دول الخليج العربي

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر العوامل (الاقتصادية، السياسية والأمنية، الاجتماعية والبيئية) في القرارات الاستثمارية لدى المغتربين السودانيين في دول الخليج العربي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في المتغربين السودانيين في دول الخليج العربي، واعتمدت الدراسة على العينة العشوائية البسيطة، حيث بلغت العينة (212)، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاحصائي، واستخدام وسيلة الاستبانة للحصول على بيانات الدراسة.
تناولت الدراسة في إطارها النظري مفاهيم وقرارات الاستثمار، كما تناولت مقدمة تاريخية عن المغتربين السودانيين واسهاماتهم في الاستثمار. وفي الإطار العملي تم تحليل بيانات الدراسة بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) للوصول الى نتائج وصفية ومن ثم اختبار الفرضيات.
في نهاية الدراسة توصلت الى نتائج اهمها وجود علاقة موجبة بين مجموعة العوامل المؤثرة وقرارات الاستثمار، وعلاقة موجبة قوية للعوامل الاجتماعية والبيئية، وموجبة ضعيفة للعوامل الاقتصادية. وعلاقة سالبة ضعيفة للعوامل السياسية والأمنية.
كما أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها العمل على تحسين البيئة السياسية والأمنية وترقية البنيات التحتية، فضلاً عن الاهتمام بالنظام المصرفي وسوق المال للقيام بأدوار أكبر في اجتذاب استثمارات المغتربين، إضافةً إلى تقديم حوافز حقيقية للمغتربين تشجع على الاستثمار.
