التنمية الريفية المستدامة في العراق - الواقع والتحديات للمدة(2022-2018)

الملخص
تناولت الدراسة واقع التنمية الريفية في العراق، مع التركيز على التحديات والفرص المتاحة للنهوض بالمجتمع الريفي. مع ذكر العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية المؤثرة في التنمية الريفية، مثل البنية التحتية، الزراعة، الموارد الطبيعية، ومستويات التعليم والصحة. كما تم تسليط الضوء على السياسات الحكومية والبرامج التنموية المطبقة في المناطق الريفية، ومدى تأثيرها على تحسين مستوى المعيشة لسكان الريف فضلا عن استعراض تجارب ناجحة في التنمية الريفية، لاستنباط الدروس المستفادة ، اذ يلاحظ أن الكثير من الدول تبنت سياسة تثبيت السكان بتدعيم النشاطات الاقتصادية عن طريق تدعيم قطاع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلى جانب ذلك، فان الاستقرار السكاني تحكمه عدة عوامل أهمها توفير فرص العمل والخدمات العامة والحاجات الاساسية، وكلها تلعب دورا فاعلا في توطين السكان واستقرارهم وفي التقليل من الهجرة نحو المناطق الحضرية .
