دور الإحصاء في دعم صنع القرار الاقتصادي (دراسة ميدانية في المصارف العراقية)

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان دور الأساليب الإحصائية في دعم اتخاذ القرار الاقتصادي في المصارف العراقية، من خلال ثلاثة محاور رئيسة: جودة البيانات والمعلومات، وكفاءة البرامج الإحصائية، والزمن المستغرق للتحليل. اعتمدت منهجية تجمع بين التحليل النظري والدراسة الميدانية باستخدام استبانة شملت 44 موظفاً في أحد المصارف الحكومية. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وجودة القرارات الاقتصادية (معامل ارتباط بيرسون = 0.737 عند مستوى دلالة 0.01). وكانت جودة البيانات العامل الأكثر تأثيراً، في حين شكّلت قلة الكوادر الفنية وضعف بعض البرامج عائقاً أمام اتخاذ قرارات فعالة. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير البنية التحتية لنظم المعلومات، وتدريب الكوادر على الأساليب الحديثة، وتحسين جودة البيانات وتسريع معالجتها، مؤكدةً على دور التحليل الإحصائي في تعزيز جودة القرارات المصرفية في العراق.
