الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والموظفين الإداريين في جامعة الأنبار. وركزت الدراسة على ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسية لإدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء وهي: التوظيف الأخضر، التدريب والتطوير الأخضر، والحوافز المالية وغير المالية الخضراء. تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة وُزعت على 112 مشاركاً، واستُرجع منها 100 استبانة صالحة للتحليل باستخدام برنامج SPSS. أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير قوي ودال إحصائياً لممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء في تعزيز الولاء التنظيمي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستمرار في تطوير وتحديث هذه الممارسات لضمان تعزيز التزام العاملين وتحقيق الأداء المؤسسي المستدام.
