إستيرادات السلع الرأسمالية وعلاقتها بالنمو والانفتاح الاقتصادي في العراق: دراسة تحليلية للمدة 2004-2024

الملخص





 


الملخص:يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل أثر استيرادات السلع الرأسمالية في النمو الاقتصادي وعلاقتها بالانفتاح الاقتصادي خلال المدة 2004-2024، وتم اعتماد الاسلوب الوصفي التحليلي المعتمد على البيانات الرسمية والمؤشرات الاقتصادية المتعلقة بالبحث. توصل البحث إلى أن الاستيرادات الرأسمالية ترتبط بدرجة كبيرة بنمو الناتج المحلي الاجمالي بما يفسر دور الايرادات النفطية في حجم هذه الاستيرادات. كما بين البحث ضعف العلاقة ما بين الاستيرادات الرأسمالية والانفتاح الاقتصادي إذ لم تكن هناك علاقة متوازية خلال مدة الدراسة،. كما خلص تحليل البيانات إلى أن ارتفاع مستوى الانفتاح الاقتصادي لا يعكس بالضرورة تحسنا ملموسا في مستوى الهيكل الانتاجي، بما يثبت استمرار ضعف القطاع الصناعي والاعتماد على استيراد المدخلات والسلع المختلفة. اوصى البحث بربط نوعية السلع الرأسمالية المستوردة وكمياتها بخطط التنمية الاقتصادية في العراق فضلا عن تعزيز القدرات التكنولوجية والفنية لرفع كفاءة استخدام السلع الرأسمالية المستوردة وتحسين مستوى انتاجيتها.
