تأثير جودة حياة العمل في السلوك الإبداعي : الدور التفاعلي لصوت العاملين (دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من التدريسيين في جامعة البصرة)

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد تأثير جودة حياة العمل على السلوك الإبداعي للأفراد العاملين من خلال صوت العاملين. إذ جرى بناء المخطط الفرضي وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة التي في ضوئها جرى تطوير الفرضيات الرئيسية والفرعية. وطبقت هذه الدراسة واختبرت في قطاع التعليم العالي وتحديدا في جامعة البصرة. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأسلوب لجمع البيانات من عينة بلغت 338 تدريسياً. وقد أظهرت النتائج رفض الفرضية التي تشير إلى وجود علاقة تأثير إيجابية بين جودة حياة العمل وصوت العاملين في السلوك الإبداعي. ويعزى ذلك إلى أن السلوكيات الإشرافية من قبل (رؤساء الاقسام، والعمداء) لا تتم بالصورة الصحيحة التي تعزز صوت التدريسيين وتحقق الإبداع المطلوب.
