Abstract :


        This research aimed to identify the interactive role of organizational prosperity in enhancing the relationship between administrative empowerment and human resource management practices. The conceptual framework and hypotheses of this study were built based upon three variables., in light of which the main and subsidiary hypotheses were developed, and this research was applied and tested in the Directorate Education of Basrah. The two researchers used the questionnaire as a method to collect data from a sample of (285) individuals. The results indicated that there is a positive effect of administrative empowerment on human resources management practices, and that there is a positive role for organizational prosperity in strengthening the relationship between administrative empowerment in human resources practices. Based on the results reached, a number of recommendations were proposed, the most important of which are:, the most important of which is the need for the institution under study to pay attention to continuous development and distinction in its work, by empowering and engaging employees and motivating them to provide their best and giving them confidence and sufficient space to highlight their abilities, in service of achieving educational goals and raising the general level For institutional performance.
