"الدور التفاعلي للازدهار التنظيمي في تعزيز تأثير التمكين الإداري في ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية" بحث تحليلي لعينة من منتسبي مديرية تربية البصرة

المستخلص:
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الدور التفاعلي للازدهار التنظيمي في تعزيز العلاقة بين التمكين الإداري وممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية, إذ جرى بناء المخطط الفرضي وفقاً للمتغيرات الثلاثة للبحث, والتي على ضوئها جرى تطوير الفرضيات الرئيسة والفرعية, وطبق واختبر هذا البحث في مديرية تربية البصرة. واستخدمت الباحثتان الاستبانة كأسلوب لجمع البيانات من عينة بلغت (285) فرداً, وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك تأثير إيجابي للتمكين الإداري في ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية, ووجود دور ايجابي للازدهار التنظيمي في تعزيز العلاقة بين التمكين الإداري في ممارسات الموارد البشرية. واستناداً إلى النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها جرى اقتراح عدد من التوصيات أهمها، ضرورة اهتمام المؤسسة المبحوثه بالتطوير والتميز المستمر في عملها, وذلك من خلال تمكين وإشراك الموظفين وتحفيزهم على تقديم أفضل ما لديهم ومنحهم الثقة والمجال الكافي لإبراز قدراتهم, خدمةً لتحقيق الأهداف التربوية والارتقاء بالمستوى العام للأداء المؤسسي.
