دور صادرات النفط الخام في زيادة الانكشاف التجاري للعراق للمدة 2004 ـ 2022

الملخص
تعد سلعة النفط الخام من السلع التي لها وزن تجاري في معظم دول العالم من ناحية التصدير او الاستيراد وبذلك تكمن اهميتها على المستوى التجاري لكلا الاطراف المتعاملة بـه منتجين او مستهلكين ، ومن ثم فأن العراق يعد واحدا من تلك الدول التي تعتمد بصورة اساسية في تصديره لسلعة واحدة فقط وهي النفط الخام وعليه فقد استوضح البحث جانب الانكشاف التجاري للعراق خلال المدة (2004 ـ 2022) ببيانه كمية الصادرات النفطية مقارنة مع السلع الاخرى وطبيعة احادية الاقتصاد العراقي عن طريق انكشافه التجاري على دول العالم بتصديره لهذه السلعة واستيراده معظم السلع والخدمات وهذا يدلل على زيادة الانكشاف التجاري بصورة غير متوازنة تبين خللا في معالجة هيكل الصادرات العراقية خلال مدة البحث وقد توصل البحث الى نتائج اهمها ضعف الهيكل الانتاجي للبلد وغلبة الصفة الريعية بالنسبة له نتيجة صب جل اهتمامه على قطاع دون قطاع اخر.
