تأثير القيادة التحويلية في الأداء التنظيمي ( دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من الأفراد العاملين في شركة ابن ماجد العامة )

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير القيادة التحويلية بمتغيراتها الخمسة على الأداء التنظيمي في موقع العمل. وقد تم بناء المخطط الفرضي للدراسة على متغيرين. واختبرت هذه الدراسة في القطاع الصناعي الحكومي في العراق. فقد استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات في أربعة أقسام لعينة بلغ عددها (155) من العاملين في القطاع الصناعي الحكومي. وتم استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية الموجودة في برامج AMOS. V. 24 ) -SPSS. V. 24 ) على العينة الطبقية، إذ توصلت الدراسة إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية : وجود تأثير إيجابي كلي للقيادة التحويلية ( خصوصاً الرؤية، القيادة الداعمة، الاعتراف الشخصي ) في الأداء التنظيمي.
