تأثير الهندسة البشرية البحرية في التطوير التنظيمي (دراسة استطلاعية في القطاع البحري العراقي) The Impact of Marine Human Engineering on Organizational Development: An Exploratory Study in the Iraqi Maritime Sector

الملخص

يهدف  هدفت الدراسة الحالية ضمن إطارها النظري والميداني إلى اختبار علاقة الارتباط والتأثير للهندسة البشرية البحرية بأبعادها (بيئة العمل المهنية، السيطرة والوقاية من المخاطر، التعليم والتدريب، إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية) في التطوير التنظيمي بأبعاده (التقييم، التنظيمي، التدخل التنظيمي، الاستدامة التنظيمية)، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث ببناء نموذج فرضي لتفسير طبيعة العلاقة بين المتغير المستقل (الهندسة البشرية البحرية) والمتغير المعتمد (التطوير التنظيمي) ، وقد اعتمد المنهج الاستطلاعي، حيث استهدف مجتمع وعينة الدراسة في القطاع البحري العراقي ،الإدارة العليا والوسطى في القطع البحرية وكان عدد العينة الفعلي (205) ، وتمّ جمع معلومات الدارسة بواسطة أداة الاستبانة ، حيث استخدم برامج التحــــــــليل الإحصائي (AMOS,V.24) و (SPSS.V.26)، فأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير للمتغير المستقل الهندسة البشرية البحرية على المتغير المعتمد التطوير التنظيمي. قدمت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات وكانت أهمها استحداث مديرية أو قسم للهندسة البشرية في الشركات العاملة في القطاع البحري العراقي كافة، وإرسال موظفيها بدورات خارجية لإتقان هذا الاختصاص المهم غير المفعّل في المجال البحري
